It's a Troll!

Sunday, March 26. 2006

Here is my new theme for KDE: Say welcome to Troll. I admit that it looks somewhat Gnomish, but it's still 100% KDE. KDE is built upon the QT Toolkit by Trolltech. So it has more in common with Trolls than with Gnomes. That should clarify the origin of the name. Screenshot of Troll Troll is a light and usable theme, which contains elements of Clearlooks mixed with fresh Green.

*Lovely, lovely, lovely. Now, if I could just get rid of that darned Ubuntu icon from my KMenu button...

Thanks for this great theme package!

*Simply replace the kmenu.png files with the icon of your choice in the folders of your icon theme. Look at my screenshots. I did that, too.

*Wonderful theme! Had to tweak the colors and settings a bit, but it's amazing... My desktop now looks a little like gnome; I don't know how I feel about that. Well done!
