What the hell is Karopapier? Karopapier is an online game that simulates a car race between multiple players. Kleine Brötchen

Tuesday, January 24. 2006

I just found this excerpt from a German book:

"Kleine Brötchen", Achim Schwarze (Berlin), Goldmann-Verlag (München), Februar 2005

It describes that being laid off is not always just a bad thing, when you have to lower your sight. Achim Schwarze desribes how his dot com company was liquidated and how his live has changed afterwards from a highly paid manager to a simple guy and why his old friends envy him.

Sorry, the page linked above is only available in German.

Polls

Monday, January 23. 2006

If you know me from either KDE-Look.org or KDE-Apps.org you know that I love polls.

And starting today, there will be polls on my homepage, too. Don't expect me from updating these polls as often as the ones on Look and Apps - it won't make sense anyway since not much people are visiting my homepage. But I would be happy to notice a participation here.

Happy voting!
